I received my order but the line inside the package isn't what I have ordered

We are very sorry if you did not receive the right line. In order for us to fix it, please fill in the form available right here. Select the category "My line is flawed", and explain the issue.

In order for us to process your request efficiently, please do not forget to attach photos of the line, as well as photos of the barcode at the bottom of the cardboard box.
