The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from reception of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The return must be made in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition (please notice that returns on Mini formats are accepted only if the packaging hasn't been open) within 30 days (with proof of deposit) following receipt of the order. 

In the event of withdrawal, the customer may request a refund of the order, excluding shipping costs and return costs incurred.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is invited to place an order on the site and return the original product so that The Line can proceed with the refund. Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days from reception of the product, by crediting the payment method used.

Packages that are received in a defective or incomplete condition will not be refunded.

The return package remains the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at The Line warehouse.


To initiate the returns procedure, the customer is invited to go to their personal account via the order history and select the order concerned, then the product(s) they wish to return, with the reason for the return. They will then be able to track their returns in the "returns" category.
