RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS

The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days as of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the order. In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears the full cost of returning the goods.

All returns must be the subject of a request made to info@theline.fr indicating the order number.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer may request the reimbursement of his order excluding carriage costs and the costs he will have incurred when returning the goods. In the event of an exchange, the customer is requested to place another order on the website and to return the original product so that The Line can reimburse him.

Reimbursements are made within a maximum of 10 days as of receipt of the product, by crediting the means of payment used.

Parcels that prove to be defective or incomplete upon receipt cannot be reimbursed.
