The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days as of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the order.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer may request the reimbursement of his order excluding carriage costs and the costs incurred when returning the goods.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is requested to place another order on the website and to return the original product so that The Line can reimburse him.

Reimbursements are made within a maximum of 10 days as of receipt of the product, by crediting the means of payment used.

Parcels that prove to be defective or incomplete upon receipt cannot be reimbursed.

The return parcel remains under the cient's responsibility until it arrives at The Line warehouse.


To initiate the return procedure, the customer needs to send a request to [email protected] and indiquate the following information:
- order number (for instance: YEZNFPEPZ)
- product reference
- reason for the return
- pictures of the product if defective or non-compliant
