CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from reception of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The return must be made in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition within 30 days (with proof of deposit) following receipt of the order.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer may request a refund of the order, excluding shipping costs and return costs incurred.
In the event of an exchange, the customer is invited to place an order on the site and return the original product so that The Line can proceed with the refund. Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days from reception of the product, by crediting the payment method used.
Packages that are received in a defective or incomplete condition will not be refunded.
The return package remains the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at The Line warehouse.
HOW TO PROCEED
To initiate the return procedure, the customer is invited to go to the contact page and select "return or exchange" category. Once the return is submitted, it is imperative to send a photo of the deposit slip.
